At Scarves & Fedoras we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused and resell-able condition within 30 days after receiving for US Customers and 30 days for Canadian Customers.

Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. NOTE: For items received damaged due to carrier/transportation service, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

NOTE: All Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Standard Return: You can return your item(s) with the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you insure the cost of the item(s) you are returning and that you keep your tracking number to track your return. The cost of the return shipment is solely your responsibility.

NOTE: Canadian orders are eligible for returns/exchanges but recipient is responsible for all shipping costs. Any other orders outside of the USA and Canada are not currently eligible for returns or exchanges.
