What is your return and refund policy?
US Customers have 14 days from date of receipt to return their item(s) that must be in unused and saleable condition. During the Nov thru Dec holiday period, customers have 30 days to return. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. (See Policy) A claim must be made with the service carrier for items received damaged during transportation.
